Well, which Mobile Telecom company offers the best customer care in INDIA. Is it (A.) Airtel, (B). Bsnl, (C.) Idea, (D.) Tata, (E.) Relience, (F.) Vodafhone.
Well my experience with
Hutch(Now Vodaphone): as a customer is allways satisfactory.
Airtel: They did even care if I was there.
Reliance : Treat us like we are Unimportant and force us to listen to them, Even if you call their Customer care number *369. They Make you listen to what they say, not What we say.
Idea : Not bad
Tata : No Idea
Bsnl : We dont care, we are the God in Telecom Industry, Bow to us type of Mentality.
Thats about mobile world, If you go to other products and services you , I know there will be a pile of complaint against all the companies.
My Question is Whom do we seek for help, These lawyer will eat our money, never let the Case move forward. Who will be our God to hear our sad stories and get them sloved. Is there any Govt. Body on this Subject. If there is where are they?. If I find one, I sure will put them here.

Im also facing the same prob with tata indicomm..
I didnt activated caller tune...
But every month it is deducting 30 rs...
even i tried to unsubscribe this facility..
it is giving assurance that u r unsubscribed from this caller tune service..
but by the next month, it is deducting 30 rs...
I am not getting any solution regarding this..
waste tata indicomm....
