me understand how agonisims to complain to you. It is far easy to ignore those SMS and calls. Well since your company don't

care how extreemely time consuming the process of finding SMS and noting down the time and date and its Mind bothere/Bugging

to US. I have my grievience report. I wish I can complain you guys in Customer Forum Court and seek Justice from the Very

Court itself.

So there are your numbers, which I have submitted upon your request. Why did you least care about our woos. Are we not

paying money to get your service, why are you bugging us with your advertisements.

I dont want your special offers, I don't want to win any cars or Bike. I just want to recieve calls and I just want to

make calls. I want nothing more than that. I want send SMS and recieve SMS that are from my friends. Not from your company. I

dont care about your company's special offers. I pay your company to give me service, not want to pay for your

advertisements. Which are useless to me.

so What you going to do about it. Are you going block just those above number I have provided or are you really going to

understand my problem and stop bombarding me with your SMS and call advertisements.

Your SMS or Calls make me stop my work and look or answer you advertising calls.
When I m paying you to give me service, you just give me service, you are not providing me service for free. I pay you.to

give me service. Give that not your advertisements.

In your reply you did't even mentioned any Regrets or Sorry or anything thats shows or tells me that you care for me. I

did mentioned some number and you did even talked about those numbers or informing me that you enquired those numbers.

Instead you reply back that you need time, date as well. Wooooooow nice customer Care. If you get a best custmer care award.

I will be the first guy to vote for you.Your reply tells me that you dont care for me or your customers. I Clearly understood

that. So I know I m throwing rock in to the desert hoping I can hear a sound of water. You are hopeless and helpless. But I

still try.

I have the compliant no. 60615364

I have spokent to Mr. Jai, and Miss anitha and the supervisor Mr. Kumar.

I have a problem, where i wish not recieve any calls or sms or any 3rd party vendor.

My DNT has been actived on 8th decmber after 45 days waiting.

Again I recieved calls and I do not wished for it.

When I spoke to call center executives and try to resolve it, the supervisor is helping but he is demanding the

numbers.

Since the set LG model RD300F09,

is not allowing me to go to call history while I m on call, I was unable to provide the number that has been

requested by the supervisor Mr. Kumar.

My conversation has been recorded. Please listen to it and resolve my problem.

The calls are a big problem for me.

Mr. Kumar seems to get very excited since I remarked his efficiency as a supervisor.

Now, my request is,

Is relience really taking care of the customer's need through their call centers.

If yes, why my problem is not resolved.

I am unable to provide these numbers to the supervisor Mr.kumar coz the set has no option to go the call history.

Now he mentioned that the higher authority people will take care of it. Who is the highest person I have to speak to

, To get my problem resolved.

I just wish to make my calls, recive my calls.

No adverisement or SMS from any other advertising agencies of relience. Promoting relience products.

But the call is very hot and the supervisor has used the TONE to address me.

I have choosen to stop using relience number from 24th feb 2008. Thats the expiry date of incoming validity.

I wish you had resloved my problem. since you are not able to do so.

Lets see how well relience will take care of their customers.
