the below is the mail that I have sent to Relience company, I wish it to resolve.
Please do share your experience or your nightmares as a customer. The problems that are not resoved by the companies.

I have the compliant no. 60615364
I have spoken to Mr. Jai, and Miss anitha and the supervisor Mr. Kumar.
I have a problem, where i wish not recieve any calls or sms or any 3rd party vendor.
My DNT has been actived on 8th decmber after 45 days waiting.
Again I recieved calls and I do not wished for it.
When I spoke to call center executives and try to resolve it, the supervisor is helping but he is demanding the numbers.
Since the set LG model RD300F09,
is not allowing me to go to call history while I m on call, I was unable to provide the number that has been requested by the supervisor Mr. Kumar.
My conversation has been recorded. Please listen to it and resolve my problem.
The calls are a big problem for me.
Mr. Kumar seems to get very excited since I remarked his efficiency as a supervisor.
Now, my request is,
Is relience really taking care of the customer's need through their call centers.
If yes, why my problem is not resolved.

I am unable to provide these numbers to the supervisor Mr.kumar coz the set has no option to go the call history.
Now he mentioned that the higher authority people will take care of it. Who is the highest person I have to speak to , To get my problem resolved.
I just wish to make my calls, recive my calls.
No adverisement or SMS from any other advertising agencies of relience. Promoting relience products.
But the call is very hot and the supervisor has used the TONE to address me.
I have choosen to stop using relience number from 24th feb 2008. Thats the expiry date of incoming validity.
I wish you had resloved my problem. since you are not able to do so.
